Salinas begins transition to SAP to complete its digital transformation

Salinas will complete its digital transformation in 2021.

A digital transformation that began four years ago with our 4.0 industrialization plans and our change of production management model based on Lean Management, a process in which we are still immersed in the last phase.

It was completely necessary for us to adopt a technological solution that was just as powerful, allowing us to convert data into strategic decisions and increase the agility of our response to the client.

In 2020 the training and adaptation phase will be carried out, and its implementation is planned for the first months of 2021.
